I wanted to inform you about your employee Dawn Wilson. My production line was down and I was in urgent need of assistance. After a quick phone conversation with Dawn, she informed me she would do everything in her power to get product here before Timco's stated lead time. I came in this morning to find an informative follow up email by Dawn. She went above and beyond and was able to get product sent next day air to get my production line up and running again. I just wanted to be sure that Dawn is given some positive attention. I am glad to see your company is so proactive to customer needs and Dawn is exemplifying that very well.
