Customer Service Department daily contact with major accounts- Customer Compliant Log also reviewed for trends. On site customer visits are made by the sales staff. The information obtained is being utilized to drive management system improvement. - Customer Complaints
Timco Rubber Products, Inc. has implemented an effective process for the management of customer complaints including the implementation of appropriate corrective action measures:
Very few complaints recorded in Log. Timco's intensive in-house inspection process, as well as vendor training by Timco Quality personnel results in a successful Preventive Action process precluding complaints. - Continual Improvement
Timco Rubber Products, Inc. is implementing an effective process for the continual improvement of the management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, data analysis, corrective and preventive actions and management review.
There were 11 continual improvement projects closed in FY2008. The projects were spaced out through a variety of functions and areas. Three 5S projects have been successfully completed in the past 6 months.
