On January 1, 2014, John Kuzmick and Joe Hoffman took over as CEO and President, respectively, for Timco Rubber replacing Bob Kuzmick who retired at the end of 2013. Randy Dahlke has also joined the management team as Vice President of Sales and Operations.
John has been a part of the Timco Rubber team since 1999 serving primarily as the company’s Controller and Vice President of Finance. He’s been a member of the company’s Board of Directors since 2000. Joe joined the company as a Project Manager in 1989 and took over the reins of Vice President of Sales and Operations in 2008. Joe has been a member of the company’s Board of Directors since 2008. Randy has been a member of the team at Timco since 2006 serving as a Key Account Manager. He is also now a member of the company’s Board of Directors. All three members of the “new look” management team strive to continue the success of the company through maintaining the beliefs of our mission statement by delivering complete customer satisfaction while offering opportunities to its employees.
